Coach Beau first discovered his passion for strength and conditioning in the US Army, where strength and physical preparation were a daily standard. He later refined his discipline for advanced physique crafting while working as a private contractor supporting SF and NSW teams throughout Afghanistan. In 2017, he resigned from contract work and founded American Muscle & Fitness, where he now works as a physique, strength, and nutrition coach and as a professional bodybuilding coach specializing in NPC Fit Model, Bikini, and Wellness divisions under his contest prep team, #TeamBeau. His coaching is direct, disciplined, and built around strict nutrition, training, and lifestyle protocols.
Since 2017, American Muscle & Fitness has worked with competitive bodybuilders, elite high school and collegiate athletes, and goal-oriented lifestyle clients looking to dramatically transform their physique. Our focus is developing strength, hypertrophy, and achieving and sustaining low body fat while optimizing physical and hormonal health for peak performance through comprehensive programming, frequent evaluation, and accountable execution.
Coach Beau sets high expectations for his team and demands precision adherence, but the consistent results speak for themselves, and there is a clear reward for those with the discipline and drive to meet the standard.
Coach Sarah - First lady of #TeamBeau
Sarah Brau is an NPC Bikini competitor, wife, mother, and full-time operating room assistant for Dr. Sam Sukkar at The Clinic for Plastic Surgery. As the ambassador and “First Lady” of American Muscle & Fitness, Sarah embodies the support, dedication, and passion behind the team’s mission.
Sarah’s journey into fitness, dieting, and the competitive physique industry began alongside Beau in 2014, sharing a vision to help others achieve their best selves. While her primary focus is her career and family, Sarah plays a key supporting role for the team, especially in the competition space.
Her experience as an NPC Bikini competitor allows her to provide guidance to new and aspiring athletes, including posing practice, show-day advice, and consultations on hair, makeup, and aesthetics. She also contributes her perspective to enhance client experiences and bring balance to the team’s demanding programs.
Sarah’s role as a supportive partner to Beau and a mentor to clients reflects her passion for empowering others to succeed, whether on stage or in their fitness journey. She is an integral part of the team’s identity and vision for excellence.
Laci Landry - #TeamBeau Athlete and Fit Model Posing Coach
Laci is a #TeamBeau athlete and accomplished Fit Model competitor, earning 2x Fit Model Overall Champion titles and 5x Fit Model 1st Place wins. She offers Fit Model posing sessions both from her in-house posing studio in League City and at American Muscle & Fitness Gym in Webster, TX.
Her sessions help athletes refine mandatory poses, improve lines and transitions, and build a polished, confident, stage-ready presentation for the Fit Model division.
